The College of Education for Girls held community service activities by collecting sums of money for donations, purchasing Eid clothing, and distributing it to the elderly at the State House in Basra Governorate. Under the supervision and guidance of the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdel Karim.

A group of professors from the College of Education for Girls from various departments visited the nursing home and in turn provided them with Eid clothing, distributed gifts, and congratulated them on Eid Al-Fitr, wishing them good health and safety.

A meeting was held with the director of the nursing home, Mr. Montaser Mahdi, and discussions were held with him about the conditions of the residents of the home and the role of those working to care for them in relieving their burden of illness and improving their psychological state.
