A lecturer at Basra University publishes a joint scientific research in an American Journal.

         The lecturer at the College of Education for Women at Basra University, Hussain Abdul Karim, participated in publishing a scientific research in an American journal classified within SCOPAS (IEEF Explore Digital Library).

        The research,  which was entitled "The Services System between Citizens and Iraq Ministry of Immigration and Displacement" dealt with a model on the mechanism of registration and communication between the migrants and the displaced on one side and the Iraqi Ministry of Immigration and Displacement on the other side,  also how to apply the electronic service for the purpose of knowing the true numbers of migrants and displaced persons, their whereabouts, and their movement between the camps.

    The system is an easy solution between citizens and the Ministry of electronic-services centers. The research team seek through this system or future prepared systems to make this system work as an integrated application in smartphone devices, as well as assisting the elderly in entering their data by voice.
