The College of Education for Women at Basra University organized  a seminar on the impact of seditions and wars on public life in Andalusia 422-138AH/1031-756AD. The seminar ,  held by the Department of History in the college and presented by the lecturer Atheer Abdul Karim Sadiq, included what Andalusia witnessed of the seditions, wars , revolutions, and political events, whether internal or external,  that ravaged and burdened it since its inception,  starting from the era of its founder,  Abdul Al-Rahman Al-Dakhal, until recent eras.

Sadiq added that these seditions and wars affected the state in various aspects of life: political,  administrative,  urban, and social, as it weakened the country's political unity and led to rupture and division, and which resulted in the destruction and sabotage of the infrastructure, also the accompanying demolition and burning actions that affected the religious and commercial centers, as well as spreading fear, people lost their freedom, and a number of them were killed. Not to mention the negative effects of seditions and wars on the economic life that led to the migration of farmers,  makers, craftsmen , and merchants. In addition to the scientific effects,  which led to a decrease in the number of scientists as a result of their killing or displacement , burning libraries, and other effects resulting.

The study concluded that political stability is greatly reflected in all other aspects of life, whether economic,  social, or scientific,  and that wars and seditions do not bring anything but destruction and devastation to countries.
