University of Basrah organizes the Children's Festival
   On the occasion of the International Children's Day, the College of Education for Women at University of Basrah organized the Children's Festival.
    The aim of the festival is to host a number of orphaned children, as they are one of the disadvantaged segments of society, in order to put a smile on their faces, and to provide them with assistance and assistance.
   The festival, which hosted a number of orphaned children with their families, included several artistic and theatrical events, during which it presented purposeful plays such as puppet play and animal play to instill joy within the child, as well as songs of love for the homeland and respect for parents and motivating them to educate and make beautiful drawings.
    During the festival, a number of material assistance was provided to orphans' families, in addition to various other gifts, various school supplies and children's stories.
