Publication of a book to lecturer at M University of Basrah on the Moscow Summit 1974.

 Dr. Muntaha Sabri Al-Mansoori, the lecturer at College of Education for Women at University of Basra, published a book entitled Moscow Summit 1974 and its impact on US-Soviet relations, a historical study.

 The book, which included (150) pages divided into a preface and three chapters, shed light on the period of the US-Soviet international accord, which is considered one of the most important witnessed in that era, especially as it had positive results for international relations in general, especially with regard to agreements to limit strategic arms that  The cause of the so-called Cold War was caused by the arms race.

 The book also addresses that the 1974 summit was a reason for holding other summits, especially with regard to European security and strategic weapons, so this book came as a presentation of those summits to make it clear to the reader the importance of the period of international accord.
