University of Basrah organizes indicative seminars on psychological preparation

 College of Education for Women at the University of Basra organized a symposium on counseling entitled (Psychological preparation for university students).
The symposium, which was organized by the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, and presented by Dr. Rafif Abdel Hafez Muhammad Taqi Al-Riyahi, addressed the identification of the differences between school life and university life and what the university achieved for us, as well as the difference between a university professor and a teacher or teacher and the criteria for the proper relationship between them, as well as On the relationship between the students.
The symposium dealt with identifying the psychological pressures that lead to university failure and what are the steps that must be taken to alleviate it.
At the end of the symposium, the students were given the opportunity to inquire about some of the issues that occupy their minds about university life and the applicable laws.
