University of Basrah organizes a seminar on the road network in Basra Governorate
 The College of Education for Women at the University of Basra organized a panel discussion entitled "Variation of the types of road network in the province of Basra and their relationship to traffic accidents."

 The episode presented by the lecturer in the Department of Geography, Dr. Amani Hussein in which she evaluates the transportation network in the governorate and its relationship to traffic accidents.
  The episode indicated that the deterioration of the old networks of roads had a role in the causes of traffic accidents in the governorate.
