The College of Education for Women obtains a certificate (ISO 9001)

 The College of Education for Women at the University of Basra obtained an international quality certificate (ISO 9001) from the British International Business Development Organization for Standardization (BGDS).

 This step comes within the college's endeavor to develop and improve institutional performance, apply comprehensive quality standards, and link the college with international institutions.

 Under the ISO 9001 certificate, it gives flexibility and ease of communication between the college and international institutions, and treats it with its professors and alumni with a high level of confidence.
