Basra University organizes the International Conference on Contemporary Scientific Research

   The College of Education for Women at the University of Basra organized the Contemporary International Scientific Research Conference and its role in achieving sustainable development goals, with the participation of researchers from Arab and foreign countries, in cooperation with Al-Zakwat Foundation for Culture, Thought and Arts.

    The conference, which came under the title "Basra, a Forum for Ideas and the Advancement of Creators", included several axes, the most important of which is the impact of scientific research on innovation and productivity and the impact of civilization problems on Arab youth to achieve sustainable development and scientific research and its role in this development, as well as achieving sustainable development in Basra Governorate and the establishment of the Iraqi Supreme Naval Authority  A step in the right direction for the sustainability of our territorial and marine waters.

    The conference aims to approach contemporary topics and read them carefully to come up with research results that are applicable on the ground, whose mission is to revive sustainable development and raise the level of peoples economically, urban, social and cultural, as well as intellectual cross-fertilization between researchers of different backgrounds, which gives a strong impetus to cultural expansion at the university level in particular and Iraq in particular.
