A lecturer at the University of Basra participates in a symposium on Iraq during the royal era
 Dr. Muntaha Sabri Mawla, a lecturer in the Department of History, participated in a scientific symposium entitled “Iraq in the Royal Era, an analysis and evaluation of the royal experience in Iraq.”
 Dr. dealt with the axis of educating and training military leaders in the royal era through the policy of the royal Iraqi government in training and educating military and political leaders so that they can take up political and military positions by benefiting from the Iraqi students who studied at the British University of Sandhurst, where Iraq opened the Military College along its lines.  Secondary school students and law, and Iraq is now receiving students from Arab countries after sending its students to Sandhurst.

 Iraq also benefited from graduates of this college to take up political and military positions after the end of the British mandate.
