A lecturer at the University of Basra receives a certificate of (leaders of learning) from Harvard University

 A female lecturer at the College of Education for Women at the University of Basra obtained a certificate of (leaders of learning) from Harvard International University

 Dr. Anwar Abdel Qader Mashi, Head of the Educational and Psychological Sciences Department, participated in the training classes on (Leaders of Learning) at Harvard University in the United States.

 The chapters dealt with subjective experiences and theories about learning from learning leaders, and how we define and develop our personal learning theories, as the education sector is undergoing many continuous developments and changes, so it is necessary to prepare leaders for joint learning between the educational sector and the external community away from the school or educational institution.

  The experts referred to their personal experiences of learning as a reference for the trainees to benefit from and urge them to do more learning and knowledge to be leaders that support educational institutions, in addition to the experimental tests.

 Dr. Mashi passed the exams in full and obtained the final passing grade and was awarded the Leadership Certificate from Harvard University in the United States.
