The Journal of Historical Studies, which is issued by the College of Education for Girls at the University of Basra, obtained the impact factor (Arcif), which is represented by several international and Arab bodies such as the UNESCO Regional Office for Education, the United Nations Commission for Western Asia and others.

And the (Arcif) impact factor examined the data of approximately (5100) scientific journals in various disciplines, in which only (1000) journals won for the year 2022.

The Journal of Historical Studies succeeded in achieving accreditation standards that are compatible with international standards, and the impact factor was (0.036).
