
The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Girls organized a panel discussion on the spread of the phenomenon of obsession with cosmetic surgeries, which has spread in the recent period among most women.
The seminar, which was given by the assistant teacher, Nidaa Qassem, aimed to clarify the reasons that prompted women and even some men to resort to this phenomenon.
The discussion panel addressed that the spread of this phenomenon is due to several social and psychological reasons, and that these reasons fall under three motives behind the spread of these processes. Among friends and girlfriends, thirdly, the economic motives of some groups who believe that through these surgeries they can maintain their jobs.
