The Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel Imam Al-Riahi, held a meeting with male and female teachers at the college in solidarity with the start of the new academic year 2023-2024.
The aim of the meeting was to welcome the teachers to the new academic year and to address the most prominent obstacles that may face the educational process
During the meeting, the Lady Dean spoke about the important role of college teachers in advancing the college to the highest levels of academic classification inside and outside the university. She also urged the teaching staff to engage in scientific research and participate in conferences and seminars, in addition to volunteer work that serves our university in particular and our beloved city in general. In addition to paying attention to the scientific aspect by giving lectures using modern educational methods and urging students to commit to studying.
In conclusion, the Dean of the College expressed her hope for joint efforts to raise the name of the College high in the sky of the University of Basra.
