The first session of the Council of the College of Education for Girls was held

The first college council was held at the College of Education for Girls, headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdel Karim
At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the Council welcomed the attendees and wished everyone success and continued efforts to fulfill their responsibilities in achieving scientific, administrative and technical sobriety and achieving the scientific and educational goals of the college. After that, the Council moved to discuss the agenda of the session, including:
- Reviewing the ministerial directives and the directives of the President of the University of Basra
- Discussing scientific matters related to the college and approving the results of the second round of preliminary study in the scientific departments
The lady also briefed the dean of the college on all matters related to the start of the new academic year 2023-2024 and urged the department heads to follow the study schedules and lectures.
The Dean of the College emphasized the administrative aspect by urging the Dean’s Assistants and Department Heads to follow up on the official letters received from the University Presidency and respond quickly.
