University of Basra organizes a seminar on violating the rhetorical principle

The Arabic Language Department at the College of Education for Girls organized a discussion panel that contradicts the rhetorical origin, presented by Dr. Hanaa Abdel-Rida Al-Rubaie.

The discussion panel reviewed rhetorical phenomena that constituted a departure from the rules of declarative reasoning. It is common knowledge that speech proceeds according to its origin that was stated in the science it contains, and everything that contradicts the origin is outside the rule. The difficulty in the science of rhetoric lies in the sciences that have known origins and laws. It is precise in which you can determine what is the root of the rule and what is its branch.

The episode touched on the fact that eloquence requires the citation of revelations, and the inquiry of taste and sense, and here lies the difficulty and danger, as not everyone is capable of possessing taste and sense, even if they possess knowledge of science.

Al-Rubaie added that the benefit gained from this departure is that some of the graphic phenomena not only violated the original, but also deviated from the conventional graphic rules and departed from the rules of inference. This anomaly achieved rhetorical purposes that exceeded the purposes that the phenomena would have achieved if they had been presented according to their original rules.
