University of Basra organizes an electronic workshop on academic advising

The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Girls organized an electronic workshop entitled (Academic Guidance) presented by Dr. Rafif Abdel Hafez Al-Riahi, head of the Continuing Education Unit.

The workshop aimed to clarify the role of academic advising in improving the academic level of university students and familiarizing him with the laws of academic advising and its tasks on campus.

The workshop discussed the types of academic advising, its objectives, implementation mechanisms, and the skills and tasks of the academic advisor, such as documenting all the work of the Student Advising Unit through the work of records and reports.
