A lecturer from the University of Basra publishes research in a journal within the Scopus database

The lecturer in the History Department at the College of Education for Girls, Haider Abdel Wahed Nasser, and the researcher, Iman Talib Fakher, published a research paper in a magazine within the Scopus database entitled
“The Relationship of Turkey with the countries of the Black Sea Region after the Cold War.”
 
The research deals with the relations that brought Turkey together with the Black Sea countries after the Cold War (Bulgaria as an example) from 1990 until 2009, as during that period Turkey had a clear policy in forming political, economic, social and cultural systems with neighboring geographical countries in general and countries with the presence of the Turkish element in particular.

 The research touched on the fact that among these countries is Bulgaria, Turkey sought to establish a model of broad relations based on geographical, economic, cultural and other security.
