Two lecturers from the University of Basra were referees for a research paper in the English language

Referee of the two lecturers at the College of Education for Girls, Dr. Abbas Finjan Al-Amarah and Dr. Saif Moataz Al-Manasir, a research in English by a researcher from Ghana.

The research, which was submitted to the Journal of Historical Studies issued by the College of Education for Girls, dealt with the agricultural policy of the British occupation in the Gold Coast region of Ghana.

The research was judged by the teachers according to the exhaustive procedures of the magazine, and notes on the research were recorded and sent to the researcher for the purpose of working on them and publishing them in the next issues.
