The College of Education for Girls at the University of Basra organized a seminar on “Establishing the Interim Government of Bangladesh, the Government in Exile, March 26, 1971.”

The seminar, in which lecturer Marwa Mohsen Talib lectured, aimed to shed light on the Indian subcontinent, with its countries India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, as it is a fertile ground for many studies and research related to political, social, economic and cultural developments in those countries, although there are still many topics and aspects that have not received attention or been highlighted. It has been highlighted by researchers.

The discussion panel dealt with the role of the interim government of Bangladesh in the short time that did not exceed forty days, and it was the basis for the birth of a new state from the womb of a modern state, namely Pakistan, from a large empire represented by India.
