Dr. Fadia Yaqoub Youssef, a lecturer at the College of Education for Girls, received the Excellence Shield for being a judge in the second edition of the Iraqi Universities Debate World Cup in cooperation with the Iraqi Academy for Leadership and Development, which was held by the University of Basra.

In appreciation of her efforts in the World Cup, she received the Excellence Shield from the Presidency of the University of Basra, and the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdul Karim, congratulated her efforts.
