
The College of Education for Girls, in cooperation with the College of Law at the University of Basra, with the Fajr Al-Amal Student Cultural Development Team, organized a student festival entitled "A Passionate Wish".
The festival included many segments that began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, a pause for the national anthem, poetry segments, cultural competitions, and valuable gifts that the students received as a result of their interaction in the festival. It also included a chanting operetta.
The festival was attended by many scientific and academic figures from the Colleges of Education for Girls and Law, with the attendance of the representative, Ms. Sarah Al-Salihi.
The festival aimed to shed light on the importance of the issue of waiting in honor of the birth of the Master of the Age and Time, the savior of humanity, and the role of science and culture in paving the way for the appearance.
