University of Basra holds the Fourth International Scientific Conference on Educational and Psychological Sciences under the slogan "Human Sciences, Pioneers of Green Education". The College of Education for Girls at the University of Basra held the Fourth International Scientific Conference on Educational and Psychological Sciences "under the slogan" Humanities are the Pioneers of Green Education" with the College of Education, the College of Fine Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University, Al-Hilla Private University, the College of Education for Pure Sciences Ibn Al-Haytham at the University of Baghdad, the General Directorate of Education of Al-Qadisiyah, and the Euphrates Foundation for Development and Development.

The conference aimed at the importance of developing scientific research and strengthening the relationship between Iraqi institutions and universities and providing an opportunity for researchers to participate in conducting joint research and evaluating scientific research submitted by participating researchers.

The conference included several scientific axes related to languages ​​and their teaching methods, history, geography and their teaching methods, special education, educational technology, scientific curricula, their evaluation and development. During the conference, the participating professors presented their research in various scientific and academic specializations in Iraqi universities.

The conference concluded with honoring the participants with shields in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdul Karim, and the Scientific and Administrative Assistant. Certificates of appreciation were also awarded to all participants in holding this scientific conference.
