*Minister of Education directs to guarantee the rights of faculty and staff and to deal responsibly with their legal entitlements*

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed all universities to guarantee and respect the administrative rights of faculty and staff and to deal responsibly with their legal entitlements without any delay or hesitation.

The Minister of Education emphasized the importance of establishing a positive environment based on the strict application of applicable laws and regulations, particularly with regard to granting five-year leave to employees and transfers within the geographical area, thus achieving a well-thought-out balance between the interests of the academic institution and the legitimate circumstances of affiliates.

He urged the adoption of procedures that embody the spirit of the law, align with its governing context, and contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance in accordance with the systems and paths of digital transformation and automation adopted in the higher education and scientific research environment.
