Basrah University hosts the Director of the Social Welfare Department in Basra. 

The Media of the College of Education for Women.

          The College of Education for Women at Basra University  hosted the Director of the Social Welfare Department in Basra, Mr.Samir Talib. The hosting that was organized by the History Department is based on the principle of joint cooperation between government institutions and community service.                                                            

       The meeting dealt with offering the works and services introduced  by the department to the beneficiaries,  it also dealt with the most important obstacles and problems facing them. The aim of this meeting was to find out the obstacles and problems facing this segment , in order to develop solutions and studies necessary for them by the university. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdul Wahid Zyarah Al-Mansouri,  Dean of the College, Dr. Subaih Nuri Al-Halfi , Head of History Department, and faculty members.
