   The lecturer Dr. Amal Mahdi Jabr at the College of Education for Women at Basra University, was chosen by the Board of Trustees of the American International Academy for the Higher Education and Training as the distinguished academic personality for the year 2020 AD.  This choice comes in view of the lecturer's effective contributions  in the service of science and knowledge through her evaluation of the presented researches, as she holds an international researches arbitrator certificate,  also a member of the Academy 's digital library that is interested in exchanging scientific and cultural knowledge, in addition to her participation in many conferences held by the Academy.                                                                                                      

   Jabr is a lecturer at the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in our college and she holds a professorship degree in  guidance and teaching methods.
