An educational, awareness-raising, and celebratory seminar entitled: (Leadership lessons from the life of Lady Zainab, peace be upon her, for university youth).

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Professor Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdullah Al-Karim, the Guidance Unit at the College of Education for Women held an educational and celebratory seminar entitled:

(Leadership Lessons from the Life of Lady Zaynab, peace be upon her, for University Students).

The first session was presented by Professor Dr. Anwar Abdulqadir Mashi, entitled:

Women's Leadership – Lady Zaynab, peace be upon her, as a Model.

It included an explanation of the pillars of successful leadership and drawing lessons from Lady Zaynab's example in awareness of reality, emotional stability, and cultivating hope, in addition to loyalty to principles and moral responsibility. Inspiring values ​​for contemporary women were also highlighted, including:

The pursuit of knowledge and intellectual empowerment,

Courage in facing challenges,

A positive influence on society, politics, and education.

The second session, presented by Professor Dr. Hanaa Abdulnabi Al-Abadi, was titled: “Zainab… A Mountain of Patience and a Good Example.” It explored lessons and insights from her blessed life.

The third session, presented by Lecturer Dr. Hanan Ahmed Abdulkarim, addressed other dimensions of her leadership and spiritual character.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Assistant Professor Rafif Abdulhafiz recited a poem in praise of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her).

The seminar also featured celebratory contributions from faculty members and graduate students in the Department of Arabic Language.
