A specialized scientific seminar on academic promotion requirements was held at the College of Education for Women, in the presence of the Dean of the College, with the participation of a number of faculty members. The seminar aimed to clarify the regulations and guidelines adopted for academic promotion, as well as the mechanisms for fulfilling its requirements in accordance with established academic procedures.

The seminar, delivered by Prof. Hanaa Abdul Ridha, Asst. Prof. Kawthar Ghadhban, Asst. Prof. Nahida Abdul Zahra, and Asst. Prof. Maha Shaker, addressed key topics related to promotion criteria, scientific publishing requirements, and the methods for evaluating research outputs. It also included answering participants’ inquiries, contributing to enhancing the academic progression of faculty members in line with quality standards and academic excellence adopted in higher education institutions.
