Assistant Lecturer Marwa Yasser Siwan, a faculty member at the College of Education for Women, University of Basrah, participated in an international training course on training and human development organized by the American Board Academic Council. The course was held from January 10 to January 14, 2026.

The training program included sessions on how to design training packages, time management skills, effective communication techniques, and enhancing professional training skills.
