The College of Education for Women organized a distinguished exhibition of historical illustrations under the supervision of the Dean, Asst. Prof. Amal Mohammed Abdul Kareem. This event was held as part of efforts to enhance students’ cultural and historical awareness and to connect them with the journey of human civilizations across different eras.
The exhibition featured a wide range of images documenting significant milestones from ancient, medieval, and modern history. It covered early civilizations in Mesopotamia and the Nile Valley, the flourishing Islamic eras, and major transformations in contemporary history.
The exhibition was the result of joint efforts between third-year students of the Department of History and the college administration. The students contributed to preparing and organizing the historical materials in a scientific and aesthetically appealing manner, reflecting a deep understanding of historical events. The Dean closely supervised the exhibition, praising the efforts of those involved and emphasizing the importance of such activities in developing students’ intellectual awareness and artistic appreciation.
