Fahd addressed the types of readings, including exploratory reading, which is one of the readings that require training and is not generated from one hour to the next, but rather requires a high amount of skill and an attempt to understand. As for speed reading, it is in order to obtain a general meaning and idea about the content of a particular text, by passing the eyes.
