The University of Basra publishes a number of the International Research Journal

 The College of Education for Women at the University of Basra issued issue (5) of the Journal of Research in Educational Sciences, Humanities, Literature and International Languages.

 The issue included an abundance of valuable research by a number of professors and researchers from various Arab countries. The research included several aspects, including in the field of Islamic history, modern and contemporary, including in the field of educational and psychological sciences, sociology and philosophy, as well as some research in English.

 The Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul Wahed Al-Mansoori, stated that Research Journal is one of the most reputable journals in the Arab world and has won many classifications and is issued in cooperation with the Ramah Center in Jordan.
