Lecturer Rahim Helou Muhammad from the College of Education for Women at the University of Basra has been selected as an advisory member of the Al-Asbah Journal for Strategic Studies, which is issued in France, which is a qualitative addition to the University of Basra.
The Journal aims to publish everything related to scientific, humanitarian and social affairs. It is considered one of the refereed scientific journals, which is issued on a quarterly basis.
