University of Basrah organizes an electronic lecture on outer space
The College of Education for Women at University of Basra organized an electronic lecture on outer space and how it was invaded.
The lecture presented by Dr. Aziz Ibrahim Abdullah, Head of the Engineering Environment Department at the University of Tikrit, dealt with the fact that outer space is the void that exists between celestial bodies, including planet Earth, and it is not completely empty, but consists of a relative vacuum composed of a group of molecules such as hydrogen and helium plasma, and radiation  Electromagnetic and magnetic fields, as well as neutrons.
The lecture touched on the discovery of space through stages, starting with remote observation through the naked eye and then using the telescope before the advent of the age of rocket technology, and the farthest point in space that has been reached is leaving the solar system and entering the interstellar space.
The lecture showed the most important space stations, which is the International Space Station, the only operating and currently manned station, and there were many previous stations such as the Russian Salyut station, Almaz station, Skylab and Mir.
