A seminar was held in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, College of Education for Girls, entitled How to change my life by acquiring better supportive habits
The seminar, which was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafeef Abdel Hafez Al-Riyahi, and Al-Sitt Donia Al-Essa, an international trainer in the field of awareness, dealt with the role of women in society, their importance, and how women can be better in their lives by acquiring supportive habits in life.
The aim of the course is to explain the role of women in society and their importance and how they became equal with men in their rights and duties, and that each of them has a role. This principle is not limited to some societies more than others, but it has spread in all eastern and western societies. This is due to the importance of its presence and its important role in society and the great difference it makes wherever it is located, in addition to its ability to prepare generations capable of changing the future for the better.
The symposium concluded that customs have a major role in changing a woman’s life, and how these habits can be acquired, the importance of habits in increasing women’s success, and how habits can accumulate for your benefit or against you.
