A workshop on modern teaching methods and their importance in the educational process at the College of Education for Girls within the visiting professor program

A workshop was held at the College of Education for Girls and the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences within the Visiting Professor's Program entitled (Modern Teaching Methods and their Importance in the Educational Process and Their Employment in Scientific Research)
The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Dargham Sami Abdul-Amir Al-Rubaie from the University of Al-Qadisiyah / College of Education, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, and in the presence of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and Mr. Dean of the Faculty of Education for Girls, Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahed Ziarat Iskandar, and Mr. Associate Dean for Affairs Scientific Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel-Imam Al-Riyahi, Head of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Prof. Dr. Anwar Abdel-Qader Mashi, and a number of professors and students.
The workshop included introducing modern teaching methods as a cornerstone of teaching, as it is the adoption of a specific strategy to achieve an educational position within a specific subject.
The workshop aims to show that modern methods are based on the exchange of opinion between the students and their teacher or between the students themselves. This is to enhance and consolidate the knowledge provided to them, as well as being an incentive to develop students’ thinking
The workshop recommended solidifying scientific research on modern strategies and methods and instructing the beneficiaries to take their results and benefit from them in developing the educational process.
