Seminar in the College of Education for Girls (psychological and social effects of drugs on the individual and society)

The Educational Counseling Unit in the College of Education for Girls, in cooperation with the Division of Continuing Education in the college, held a seminar on (the psychological and social effects of drugs on the individual and society)
The symposium delivered by Police Lieutenant Colonel Fouad Muhsir Jassim from the Basra Police Directorate included defining drugs and psychotropic stimulants and their prevalence with realistic statistics and presenting examples of criminals who fell into the hands of the police and the law on charges of trafficking and taking them at a young age and some of the women. Professor Dr. Hana Abdel Nabi also gave her lecture on the psychological impact on drug abuse, including weak religious faith, lack of activity, weakness of concentration and other mental and physical influences.
