A scientific symposium in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences entitled (Women Leaders)

A scientific symposium was held in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Girls, entitled Women Leaders
The symposium, presented by a number of female teachers in the department, dealt with the most important characteristics and characteristics of women leaders, the reasons for women's failure to become leaders, and how women move to leadership levels.
The symposium aimed to identify the most important obstacles that women may face in the stages of their life and their leadership career, in addition to addressing some of the findings of various studies on the difference between a male leader and a female leader.
