The Division of Continuing Education in the College of Education for Girls organized an electronic scientific symposium entitled (School Violence)
The symposium included two axes in joint cooperation between the College of Education for Girls - University of Basra and the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Al-Rusafa 1 / Department of Education North Baghdad
The symposium, delivered by (Prof. Dr. Rafif Abdel-Hafez Al-Riahi) and (M.M. Saif Jassim Muhammad Ali), aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of school violence and the reasons for its spread among students.
  The symposium dealt with the following: 1- Introduction 2- The concept of violence 3- What is violence 4- What is meant by school violence 5- The phenomenon of violence in schools 6- Methods of violence that students receive 7- Manifestations of school violence 8- Reasons for the spread of school violence
  The symposium showed: 1- The effects and types of school violence 2- The impact of school violence on the student and the teacher 3- How to reduce school violence and include some solutions and treatments, including preventive and remedial
