  During the conference, the presence of competencies of elites, teachers, academics, and specialists who stopped their pens in research in this field began to write research and studies until they organized themselves on the day of the conference to discuss the accuracy of their research risks and the findings of the survey after two groups were formed on two round tables, one of which was sponsored by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi and the other under the auspices of the Director of Education in Basra, Dr. Abd al-Hussein Salman.
