Teaching participation from the University of Basra in the 2023 Arab I C E T Conference
A teacher from the University of Basra, College of Education for Girls, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafif Abdel-Hafez Al-Riahi participated in the International Conference 2023 I C E T Arabic, with a research entitled (The effectiveness of a proposed plan for digital literacy for generation alpha and generation z).
The study aimed at the importance of digital literacy, drawing the difficult path towards a non-electronic future, the concept of digital culture and the analysis of its standards.
The study presented the most prominent global efforts in eradicating digital illiteracy for generation alpha and z for some European Union countries. The study presented a proposed plan to activate the role of digital culture in eradicating illiteracy for generation alpha and z, and a project to open creative schools that included: eleven steps divided into three emphases. The study relied on the descriptive approach by describing and analyzing the concept of digital literacy and its skills
