A joint scientific study for female teachers at the University of Basra / College of Education for Girls / Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences by the assistant teacher, Sarah Jabbar Salman, the assistant teacher, Maysaa Sabri Jassim, and the assistant teacher, Sarah Ibrahim Ahmed, entitled the feeling of psychological cohesion and its relationship to the school climate among primary school teachers.
The study aimed to identify the feeling of psychological cohesion and its relationship to the school climate among primary school teachers and its impact on students.
The study found that there is psychological cohesion and school climate among female teachers, and there is also a statistically significant positive correlation between psychological cohesion and school climate.
