The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Girls held a panel discussion entitled (Reinforcement and its Role in Reducing Undesirable Behaviors).
The seminar, presented by teacher Doha Adel, aimed to identify reinforcement, which is one of the most effective means of modifying behavior in establishing acceptable behaviors and having a positive effect in reducing unacceptable, painful, or repulsive behaviors.
The episode touched on the importance of reinforcement in terms of demonstrating and establishing desired behaviors. Therefore, the teacher seeks to control and manage the class and develop the participation of slow, shy students who do not participate in the classroom.
