The symposium recommended therapeutic methods to reduce its negative effects by encouraging cooperation, dialogue and discussion in the workplace, and that the leader be cooperative with the team and a good listener to all parties without any bias towards a particular party and work towards equality and achieving justice in promotions and rewards.
