The Ministry of Higher Education issued a decision to re-admit the dismissed students at the final stages of study, starting at the academic year 2002-2003.

    The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to re-admit the students who were dismissed at their final stages of study, only in governmental and private  universities starting from the academic year 2002-2003 until 2008-2009 , to their study seats.

    The Opinion Commission decided to allow the students who were dismissed from their final stages in colleges and institutes in the morning and evening studies, starting from the academic year 2002-2003 until 2008-2009 , to return to their studies, with the  exception of beneficiaries of previous decisions or those dismissed due to fraud, forgery, or disciplinary penalties.

   The student  included in this decision  must submit an application to return to the college or Institute no later than two weeks,  starting on Sunday 27/12/2020. The receipt of requests of the students who were dismissed from the academic years 2008-2009 until 2019-2020 will continue for the same period referred to.
