A lecturer at the College of Education for Girls at the University of Basra, Dr. Rafeef Al-Riyahi, participated in a diploma held by the Damascus Academy for Training and Community Awareness.

The diploma aimed to increase the knowledge and skills of current entrepreneurs and encourage others to become entrepreneurs.

The diploma included an introduction to entrepreneurship, professional development, how to start small projects, business management, and managing a small company, as well as the basics and principles of marketing, how to write a business plan, how to create a distinctive brand, and leadership in business management. A test was conducted at the end of the diploma and this test was passed successfully.
