The master's thesis at the College of Education for Girls at the University of Basra discussed "Evaluation of the integrated system according to British standards from the perspective of students of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine".
The thesis submitted by the student Batoul Baqer Nasser in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences aimed to identify the extent of the availability of British standards in the integrated system from the perspective of students of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine. And to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the integrated system according to the variables of gender and academic stage.
The thesis included five chapters in which the descriptive survey method was used to conduct the study. The research community was identified as students of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine at the University of Basra "Bab Al-Zubair Colleges Complex" from the first to the sixth stage for both sexes, numbering (946) male and female students during the academic year 2023/2024. The study sample, numbering (330) male and female students, was selected using the stratified random method. She worked on preparing a questionnaire consisting of (50) paragraphs distributed over three areas: (teaching methods, educational environment, college curricula and administration).
The researcher recommended the necessity of designing curricula based on accurate field studies that take into account students' tendencies and mental level. And introducing medical subjects teachers to training courses on modern teaching methods for the integrated system. And working on improving the organization of the study schedule to give students enough time to review the material before practical applications. And conducting a periodic evaluation of the integrated system, and developing educational programs that take into account students' academic experiences. In addition to conducting a comparative study between medical colleges in Iraqi universities and the University of Leicester in Britain.
