
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the "Computer Basics" training course, organized by the Center for Continuing Education and the Media Division, concluded for a select group of graduates. The course focused on enhancing basic computer skills and providing participants with the knowledge necessary to use basic technical applications that contribute to raising their professional competence.
Under the patronage and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdul Karim, Dean of the College of Education for Women, lecturer Duha Khalaf Shayal delivered the lectures during the four-day course. The lectures covered topics related to how to use computers in the workplace, including basic software, word processing applications, data management using spreadsheets, and presentations, in addition to the basics of the Internet.
The course concluded with the attendance of the Dean of the College, who commended the efforts of the course participants and emphasized the importance of these training programs, which aim to enhance employee capabilities and enable them to use modern technologies in the workplace.
The course participants expressed their appreciation for the knowledge they acquired, which will enable them to improve their job performance and communicate effectively. Using digital tools in their daily tasks.
