The Continuing Education Unit in the College of Education for Girls organized an electronic symposium on psychological immunity
The symposium presented by Mrs. Rawda Suleiman Omar, the visiting professor from the Arab Republic of Egypt, aimed at defining psychological immunity and its impact on the individual and society.
During the symposium, I dealt with the definition of psychological immunity, which represents a great and modern science. Studies began on immunology from 1998 until the year 2000.
It represents the strength through which overcoming difficulties, and in cooperation with the physical immune system, the individual will reach psychological toughness
Without psychological immunity, the individual will become depleted - consumed and activated with automatic, automatic thoughts that affect the way he thinks, feels and behaves.
Finally, it is necessary to identify the mechanisms of stimulating psychological immunity in order to reach mental health
