The University of Basra holds a symposium entitled “The Night of Destiny, in which every wise matter will be distinguished.”

The College of Education for Girls/Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Holy Imam Hussein Shrine/Religious Reporting Division, held a symposium entitled “The Night of Destiny in which every wise matter will be distinguished.”

The symposium in which His Eminence Sheikh Hani Al-Asadi and His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Al-Asadi lectured included, and they in turn touched on the importance of Laylat Al-Qadr and its great impact on the human believer, what is the purpose of not specifying it, and what are its virtues.

Dr. Rafif Al-Riahi touched on the educational principles inspired by the Night of Destiny and its psychological impact on humans.

The symposium aimed to shed light on the importance and virtue of Laylat al-Qadr and to urge the believer to strive hard in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan so that he may achieve great goodness, and perhaps he will reach Laylat al-Qadr because its time and day are unknown.

At the conclusion of the symposium, certificates of thanks and appreciation were awarded to the delegation of the Holy Imam Hussein Shrine by the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Dr. Amal Muhammad Abdel Karim. In appreciation of the efforts, the delegation of the Shrine honored the Dean of the College of Education for Girls with the banner of the shrine of Imam Hussein, “peace be upon him.”
